Below is the list of pitching courses we offer:

• Basic Pitching Rules:  This course goes over what is what is required of the pitcher to throw a legal pitch.  It is important for the both the new and experienced pitcher understand the pitching rules in order to practice pitching legally and to avoid having to correct bad habits later.
